"We got other shit to concentrate on, so we decided to split [the album] up into EPs, the first of which has been released on halloween." NEW TECHNOLOGY - We've asked our family of labels to offer direct streams right from their web portals on the network's front page (as per user suggestion) and it seems like that's working out just swell. Thanks for the suggestion and keep them emails coming!
The Goat Ranch Records website has come along nicely, so show Your Mother's Lovers a little love and swing through there. I'm sure they'll appreciate it. But since this is a business, I have to warn you - these guys are anything but professional. Expect to be offended at some time or another because I'm sure it'll happen.
We've also added some new mixes to the site: S.O.M.E. DJ brings us the second release in the LIVE ATTACK series! This full 2 hour Drum N Bass mix was recorded at the HFC Essentials Studio in Portage and 'could easily be my best DnB set ever, but only time will tell. The records keep coming but the sounds are always changing and I've always had a passion for the old school. But you never know. Something HUGE is just around the next corner I'm sure.' We will also post a link to DJ Q's 'Mystery' which I thought pretty well summed up his career. Still another new addition is S.O.M.E. DJ's 'The Blur' - a progressive house mix that might just blow your mind! Don't say we didn't warn you! After all - sharing the best mixes is what we do so we try to come correct.

Yeah, maybe! I'm not gonna give you too much info on that until something really goes down, but you can bet your left ball that we'll put some samples up for you to (not) enjoy.
As I type this blog, I'm actually cruising to the Upper Peninsula. So I got my mobility on now, which may lead to other things, like live remotes from your mom's bathroom (or closet if we haven't been formally introduced yet) and a few new voices to help us out with our shit. Also, the studio is finally up and running so that's good news. Goat Ranch Records will return to representing sooner than you'd expect!

The Uplifted Crew also wants to announce it is about to release an all new EP by their newest artist: DownSyndycate. The album is expected to be ready by mid July, so get ready to jump on that. Rumor has it you'll be able to download it in its entirety! Gotta love the internet!
